What We Do

We lead the fight against critical diseases like Breast/Cervical Cancer, HIV/AIDS, and TB through mass awareness and health camps. Our mission is to make Menstruation Hygiene Management a standard in rural areas. By setting up clinics in slums and rural clusters, we provide life-saving healthcare access to the underprivileged.

Empowerment

Education & Skill

Our community-driven education model ensures quality learning and specialized Teacher Training. We focus on Vocational and Skill Training to make the youth job-ready. Through "Feeding Education," we combine nutritional support with literacy, ensuring that no child has to choose between a meal and a school book.

Livelihood

Rural Development

HEARD strengthens the rural economy by organizing Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and promoting Rural Tourism & Entrepreneurship. We actively create Non-Farm employment opportunities to reduce migration and build self-sufficient villages where local talent can thrive within their own communities.

Our Future Planning

We are expanding our horizons towards "Inclusive Education for Special Children." Our goal is to build a specialized facility where children with different abilities receive tailored educational resources and professional care to help them integrate into mainstream society with confidence.
